There are some easy ways to break the ice without making it seem like you are fishing for information. Call a few psychic leads, tell them about yourself and see if they are receptive to your pitch to see if you appear to be genuine. At all costs you should avoid asking for any information that would identify the caller’s astrological sign in the beginning of your conversation. This is the biggest sign of a psychic not being real, as plenty of phony clairvoyants do nothing more than read off daily horoscopes. Since psychics can get their most valuable clues into a person’s psyche by reading ‘energies,’ you can ask the caller about their mood, or you can dive right in and ask why they are calling. When you ask non-leading questions, you will often find that the caller immediately opens up and tells you about themselves naturally within the conversation.
